The Trowbridge Martial Arts Academy is a traditional martial arts school located right here in Madison Wisconsin that focuses on the self-defense applications of the martial arts. Classes going on now, Trowbridge Martial Arts Academy added a Sports Conditioning Class, the class will run 8:30pm-9:15pm. This is the same program being taught by the Trowbridge Martial Arts Academy to goalies, Including Mike Valley’s (Goalie Coach for the Dallas Stars-NHL team) Elite Goalies and other sports athletes around the Midwest.
